Halloween offers plenty of scope, but a party needs more than just spooky songs. We can set aside well-known tracks and film references for the welcome, the costume showcase or a surprise, and then let the music that really connects with your guests take centre stage.
The playlist changes to suit the moment: during the arrival and dinner, we keep the volume low enough for conversation; when it’s time to dance, we mix the styles we’ve agreed on with you, and I adapt the set to the atmosphere on the dance floor. Contemporary, classics, pop, dance, house or Spanish music: we’ll decide on the starting point together.
If there are people of different ages and tastes, I organise a session that allows us to find common ground. We also agree on whether requests will be accepted and what the limits will be, so that they fit in with the atmosphere of the moment.

We’ll look at the size of the venue, the number of guests, where the dance floor will be and whether there will be several different areas. Based on that information, I’ll recommend the right sound system for you.
If the venue already has equipment, we assess how it can be used. If there are competitions, presentations or speeches, we also plan for the necessary microphones.
We can start with a simple, elegant marquee or opt for a more imposing structure. The location, access and set-up times are agreed in advance so that the venue is ready when the guests arrive.
Purple lights and warm tones can create a Halloween atmosphere whilst maintaining the elegance of the space. We can combine ambient lighting and dance floor lighting to suit your needs.
If you’d like smoke or special effects, we’ll check the venue beforehand to assess the conditions and see what we can use. The décor and extras will be finalised in the proposal.

We assess the sound, stage, lighting and microphones according to the venue. If the production requires additional technical support or a sound check beforehand, we can arrange that too.
We plan transport, access routes and set-up and dismantling times in line with the venue. The proposal sets out the equipment and services you will be hiring.
With everything in place, I take charge of the session and tailor the music to what’s happening during the celebration to set the mood for every moment.
The price depends on the duration of the performance, the venue, the equipment and the complexity of the set-up. A session where the sound system is already in place and a party requiring a full sound and lighting set-up require different quotes.
Once we have the details of your event, we can finalise travel arrangements, transport, set-up, dismantling and any additional hours required. I’ll recommend the best options to suit your celebration.
